The new KD-XL is the big brother of the KDL, and employs the same innovative multi-part system that allows them both to be disassembled and shipped via UPS ground in one box. With an extra four inches in width and five inches in height, the KD-XL provides additional room for standard 23” x 31” screens. And like the KDL, the KD-XL is made of durable, chemically resistant 1/4"-inch natural poly and features built-in screen supports and a perforated drain. The KD-XL is an excellent addition to any clean-room.

It easily activates most 110V external plug lights. Just plug the light cord into the foot-switch's adapter, step on the air switch, and that's it! It's inexpensive, easy to use and leaves your hands free for cleaning.

Blackline Mfg.’s Filter One filtration system performs two tasks: First, it catches all cleaning liquids and ink and emulsion solids from the washout booth that would normally go straight to your septic system; and second, it filters that liquid before pumping it out of your waste drain, keeping solids in a separate compartment.
Emulsions, if disposed of in a septic system, will eventually clog the pipes and, if the user is on a private septic system, the tank as well. Bacteria that would normally attack human waste is instead attracted to the emulsion, thus upsetting the chemical balance of the waste system. Blackline’s Filter One prevents this, and when used in conjunction with biodegradable solvents renders them drain safe. Applicable Model: Filter One
Filtration and Solvent Recirculation / Ink Removal Systems
So what differentiates Blackline’s recirculation systems from our filtration system? Our recirc systems are used strictly for ink removal, and the biodegradable solvents used to clean the ink off of screens is filtered and recirculated, not immediately pumped down the waste drain. That means these systems do not require any additional plumbing; they reuse solvents and trap ink sludge for greater efficiency, cleanliness and ease of disposal.
Here’s how they work: You can either use a 100-percent water solution and spray on cleaners from a bottle, or charge the tanks with a water/cleaner mix and use the included spray nozzle only. Screens are inserted into the screen holders and washed of their ink. The ink and solvents enter a compartment; the ink is trapped and the solvent enters a second compartment, where it is then filtered and pumped back out to the nozzle for further use. Once the ink sludge reaches a level that requires it to be removed it can be cleaned out of the isolation tank, flash dried and disposed of traditionally. These systems do not filter emulsion. Applicable Models: DS, D2 & SuperTrap.

Dip Tanks
Many screen-printers looking for an easy way to clean ink and emulsion from screens find what they’re looking for in a dip tank. Combined with one of the biodegradable, one-step cleaners on the market, Blackline’s Dip-Tanks allow the user to soak screens for several minutes, which removes the majority of solids from the screen, before transferring them to a washout booth for a quick final rinse.

The Mini is built of the same 3/8" polypropylene as the large dip tank, but comes standard with a removable lid, screen hold down and an integrated pedestal that allows the spigot to drain into a standard five gallon container. Mini-DIP Tank
Albatross CDS Pumping System is a triple pump system for high volume screen printers. The CDS System pumps screen chemicals directly from 55-gallon drums. The drums can be stored away from the screen room as 50’ of hose is supplied for each screen chemical. The pump box is made to be wall mounted. It contains 3 high quality Teflon pneumatic pumps. The pumps can be used to spray all types of screen chemicals including ink degrade, emulsion remover, haze/ghost remover and screen degreaser.
The draw hoses and coil hoses running to the spray guns are color coded for easy identification of the chemicals being sprayed. CDS comes with a regulating gauge and can be set up for use in minutes.
