Curable Reducer is used to thin-down and extend plastisol inks that have harden over time, use instead of Soft Hand Clear to simulate waterbase effects. Add: 5%- to soften plastisol inks or up to 25% when printing thru higher mesh counts spot simulated process.
Liquid Reducer is a highly concentrated reducer used exclusively to soften or lower the viscosity of plastisol inks that have harden over time. Add: 1% by weight. Customers should be careful when using this product, do not exceed max allowance of it may cause curing problems.
Soft Hand Clear is an extender base used to soften plastisol inks when printing with higher mesh counts such as 230ct thru 305ct for simulated process. Add: 5% to 25% by weight. Larger quantities of this product will decrease coverage on darker garments.
Stretch Additive is recommended when printing on Lycra or Spandex materials, standard plastisol inks are not flexible enough for these substrates causing cracking or flaking. Add: 10-25% by weight. Larger quantities of this product will decrease coverage on darker garments.
Long Life Bonding Agent is a Nylon catalyst additive recommended to be mixed to plastisol inks when printing on Nylon or waterproof fabrics, such as Nylon Jackets, Tote Bags & Nylon Jerseys. Many other Nylon additives will shorten the life of your ink after mixed, our longer life when mixed at the recommended levels will last longer x2 times than most other nylon additives in the market. Add: 5-10% by weight to plastisol inks.
Thickener Powder is an additive used to thicken plastisol inks. Add: 1-2% by weight to plastisol inks.
Low Temp Additive is recommended to lower the flash or curing temperature of most plastisol inks, mix to your whites to get a faster flash time. Add: 5-15% by weight.
Dulling Additive can be mixed to most plastisol inks to reduce tackiness and provide a matte finish. Add: 5% by weight.
Puff Base is an additive that when mixed in to most plastisol inks will give you a 3D elevated bubbled effect, this additive will alter the shade of your color. Add: 10-25% by weight. Recommended mesh: 86-110ct
Suede Base is an additive that when mixed to most plastisol inks will give you a soft matte elevated effect very similar to velvet. Add: 10-25% by weight. Recommended mesh: 86-110ct
High Density Additive is used to achieve a three (3) dimensional straight effects when added to most plastisol inks. Add: up to 25% by weight and printed thru a Thick Capillary Film. Recommended mesh: 86-110ct
Hot Split - Transfer Additive can be mixed to most plastisol inks to create Hot Split transfers. Add: 10% by weight.
Transfer Adhesive Powder is used to lengthen the life of your transfers and enhance adhesion of your transfers. Sprinkle directly on your printed transfers, adhesive powder will melt during the heat transfer process.
Foil Adhesive is used to create Foil prints by printing your design with this clear adhesive thru 81-110ct mesh and heat pressing your textile Foil for 5-7sec. at 380-400F with 20lbs/pressure. Check your foil brand specifications, for best results the foil adhesive should be flashed not fully cured.
Flock Adhesive is used to create Flock prints by printing your design this clear adhesive thru 81-110ct mesh and later heat pressing the transfer Flock sheet for 7-10 secs. at 375F with 20lbs/pressure. Check your flock material specifications, for best results the flock adhesive should be flashed not fully cured.
