                                                                                                Gel or Flash-cure: 230°F - Full Cure: 320°F
Curing tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration.

But their use is not limited to specialties, they can help you convert your ink for printing on fabrics like Lycra, Spandex and Nylon. They can also help you to incorporate other items to your designs such as: Foil, Flock and Glitters.
When using additives it is recommended to use a gram scale to accurately add the portions, for example when adding by weight: if you have 500 grams of ink and need to add 20% of Stretch Additive the amount to add would be 100 grams.
Follow the guidelines on the Technical sheet for each product application. For any additional information contact us for assistance: Tel: 305-512-2222.

With the introduction of Gold color, the matching of the Pantone yellows are made simple. The PIM system contains 10 primary High Opacity colors and uses only 6 Fluorescent. All colors have wet on wet properties. Recipe book is available for creating shades. With the uses of enhancer additives special effects become simple. Whether matching Pantone or a buyer’s special color, this system will make matching simple. PIM System will reduce overall cost. The easy of printing will increase production speeds.

Application and Substrate: Mixing colors can be printed directly on cotton, cotton/polyester or polyester fabrics.

If running a higher oven temperature, the dwell time in the oven can be reduced. Fusing Machines or Heat Presses use 190 C/390 F for 8 seconds. Printers must check for curing of the inks on their fabrics.

Special notes: PVC inks are thermoplastic compounds that require heat for fusion or curing. If ink rubs off on a white cloth, temperature and or dwell time should be increase. Rubs should not be hard. Plastisol inks do not wet crock. Do not dry clean. Always check fabric for Migrating dyes.

Selecting the proper White to work with is an important step in production to get the right end result. When selecting a WHITE consider the following:

Substrate: 100% Cotton, Poly/Cotton Blend or 100% Polyester

We offer a great selection of White inks to tackle the hardest jobs.

                                                                                                • 9003CW Cotton White HO, an Opaque White great as a highlight or to use as an under-base White, recommended for 100% cotton fabrics. Economical and very popular with Manual printers.
