Bright Light series - Exposure units
The Bright Light exposure unit is computer controlled and is programmable. You can program up to 4 different profiles for fast & easy settings recall. It is very easy and simple to navigate the membrane button control panel to allow you to maximize production without messing with a complex system. The programming even features separate delay and exposure time adjustments. Bright Light is a versatile and affordable direct screen, screen printing exposure unit.
Its high output UV fluorescent lamps expose direct, capillary, and
indirect emulsions as well as help reduce energy costs and production
time. The Bright Light exposure unit's self contained design allows it
to be kept anywhere in your print shop—even near unexposed screens.
If you don't have the space for a large exposure unit, like our Metal Halide exposure unit, the Bright Light screen exposure unit will make a perfect fit as it takes up minimal space in your Print Shop. The Bright Light exposure unit comes with a Digital readout w/LED timer that helps ensure accurate exposures.
The Bright Light is available in stand-mounted or tabletop models and can also double as a light table when two additional UV fluorescent lamps are added.
It is offered in 23" x 31" (59 x 78 cm) ) or 31" x 40" (78 x 102 cm) maximum screen frame size models.
The Bright Light's vacuum system features high-speed draw down--ensuring secure film-to-screen contact. The lamp source and vacuum frame are fully enclosed so the lamp cannot be turned on while the blanket frame is open.

The affordable Metal Halide Series exposure unit is perfect for both Manualand Automatic shops. We offer 31" x 40" (79 x 102 cm) and 42" x 60" (106 x 153 cm)
models. The units employ a 3kw multi-spectrum metal-halide lamp for the
31" x 40" and twin 3kw multi-spectrum metal-halide lamps for the 42" x
60" models, which produces exposures of extraordinary quality. Glass
temperature, power consumption and environmental heating effects are
