The Tape Trick on a Vastex V-1000 manual screen press.
In this video, Michael Vasilantone demonstrates a registration technique for multi-color screen printing on the Vastex V-1000 Press.

Using only packaging tape, you can setup your multi-color screen print jobs quickly and efficiently. This process will save you time and will reduce the amount of test prints needed to setup.


Vastex Training Class
This video is a video preview of the Training Class held at Vastex International in Allentown Pa. This class is a complete "crash course" in screen printing. Taught by industry veteran, Doug Grigar, this class is sure to put the new, and novice screen printers alike, up to a competitive level.
This class teaches you to expose your screens correctly along with coating and drying. Registering 4 color process jobs, mesh selection, ink selection, and the ins and outs of the industry. 3 days of training that you will never forget.


Vastex Econored dryer (infrared) settings to cure plastisol ink
In this video Michael will go through some basic settings for curing plastisol ink on cotton shirts. You will see how easy it is to make the three adjustments, heat, belt speed and heater height, to tune in your EconoRed II dryer and get the perfect cure.
With varying applications, ink types, ink colors, shirt types, and environmental conditions your actual settings will be different but this video gives you a good place to start. Discharge printing on a Vastex infrared dryer
In this video we demonstrate the ability to print and FULLY CURE discharge ink in an Econored-II-30. Waterbase Discharge process works only on 100% cotton garments, inks are available in large variety of colors. Also available in Base and Pigment system for in house color matching.
