Substrates: Knitted fabrics, cotton, linens, polyester blends & rayon. NOT RECOMMENDED for woven Nylon or Lycra.
Mesh 60-86 t/in (24-34 t/cm) for better opacity.
Mesh 110-195 t/in (43-77 t/cm) for fine lines.
Transfer Temp:365-375°F – Gel Temp: 195-230°F
Transfer Pressure: 40-45 PSI – Transfer Time: 5-7 seconds

Super Opaque transfer inks are formulated to give the appearance of a direct print over dark garments. Super-Opaque colors give you excellent coverage and high definition using fine screen meshes over dark fabrics. Use for Hot-Split or Cold Peel process.

- 9001TF Transfer White HO is our most popular WHITE for transfer printing, provides excellent coverage on 100% cotton.Recommended mesh count: 86-110ct, Soft Squeegee.
- 9002TF Transfer Bright White is an opaque bight white for Cotton and Poly blends fabrics.
- 9007TF Transfer Poly White is an bleed resistant White recommended when transferring on to for 100% Polyester fabrics.

Paper Selection
When selecting the transfer paper, consider the following:
- Application: Hot Peel or Cold Peel.
- Shelf life of the Transfer.
- High Gloss transfers vs. Standard Matte finish.
- Coated vs. Un-Coated paper for a higher percent of release.

Hot Split TRANSFER Additives and Bases
- Transfer Powder will improve the adhesion of transfer inks to a variety of substrates when transferred.
- Use Transfer H/S Clear as a clear backer to extend the wash and durability of every transfer. Print as a first down when using PUFF Base extends the stretch and wash durability of the PUFF. Transfer H/S Clear can be used as a Mixing Base when creating Fluorescent, 4-color Process and Glow in the Dark transfer colors.
- Transfer PUFF Base and SUEDE Additive produce 3-dimensional graphics, either as an all-in-one puff ink or as an under-print to the Transfer hot-split inks. Transfer PUFF Base can be used in combination with up to 10% percent (by weight) of pigment concentrate to create puff colors.
- H/S Transfer Additive is a clear additive that can convert standard Plastisol inks to Hot Split inks, additions of 10% BY WEIGHT.
- METALLIC & SHIMMER Colors offer a unique look and have excellent wash-ability. Use lower count mesh when working with these inks. Recommended: 60 - 86ct.
