Waterbase Aqua-Pura
Waterbase Air-dry inks for Printing on heat sensitive
Aqua Pura is a waterbase ink line designed for printing on materials that are heat sensitive such as Acrylics, Recycled fabrics, Cotton, Polyester and many other materials where conventional inks that require curing by heat are not able to be used.
Recommended Mesh: 110-156ct
Emulsion: Water Resistant
Air Drying: 45min. to the touch
Curing: 4-6 hours for final curing
Wash up: Water or Water soluble Ink wash
To accelerate the curing process apply heat at 195 F/ 15sec. By running the belt at a faster speed. Not recommended for Nylon materials. Do not Extend with water, use Aqua-Pura Clear Extender.
Aqua-Pura is great for customers that are not able to heat bulky materials such as duffel bags, auto seat covers and promotional products that are attached to heat sensitive materials.
