Bright Tiger White 11480HT is our most opaque white, is the excellent choice as both a stand-alone and an under-base white. Extremely true, optically bright white gives you the best coverage possible over 100% Cotton and Cotton Blends. Mesh: 86-125 t/in when printed directly on Darks or 140-230 t/in when under printing.

Genesis PROCESS Series

Genesis process inks are formulated to achieve the cleanest and highest intensity colors for textile process screen printing. These pure, transparent colors are designed for high productivity, direct wet-on-wet printing. Genesis Process colors have excellent resistance to build-up, superb printability, extremely soft hand and minimal dot gain.

S1100NP Nylon Plus White provides excellent opacity over dark 100% Nylon Mesh Athletic uniforms and Bags. Use Mesh: 60-110 t/in

Use Wilflex Nylon Catalyst HG when printing on waterproofed nylon materials such as Jackets or garments treated to repel water. Add Nylon Catalyst to enhance the performance of Nylon Mesh inks or to your standard Plastisol inks at a ratio of 10%percent by weight.

Wilflex TRANSFLEX SOFT Inks

Transflex Printable Adhesive 10210TF will improve the adhesion of Transflex Inks to a far wider range of substrates when cold-peeled.

Use Transflex Transclear 10007TF as a clear backer to extend the wash and durability of every transfer. As a first down print for Transflex TUF Base extends the stretch and wash durability of the PUFF. Transclear Base can be used as a Mixing Base when creating Flourescent colors and Glow in the dark transfer colors.

Transflex TUF Neutral Base 10480TUF and 11000TUF White produce multi-dimensional graphics, either as an all-in-one puff ink or as an under-print to the Transflex hot-split inks. TUF Neutral Base can be used in combination with 5-8 percent of pigment concentrate (PC) by weight to create colored puff.

MX Color Matching System by Wilflex
The MX Mixing system is a simple finished ink system that allows you to simulate PANTONE colors. With just 15 intermixable colors made with an opaque base. MX colors are single pigment, strong, bright colors with improved crock resistance.

15340IS Yellow Sparkle & 15005IS Crystallina RT is an ink formulated to produce high gloss sparkle effects with excellent durability. Print Crystallina directly on white or light colored fabrics. Also, incorporate Crystallina as an over-print on your designs. Recommended Mesh: 25-60 t/in.

Wilflex IMAGEBRITE REFLECTIVE inks are formulated for direct printing on textiles. The Imagebrite reflective base is combined with aluminum coated glass beads to produce highly REFLECTIVE INK. Available in Silver Metallic, Black and Medium Grey. Add up to 6 percent of pigment concentrate (PC) to the Imagebrite Base 10344REF to create amazing reflective colors. Mesh: 110-156 t/in.

99900GNS Glow in the Dark Inks are transparent, print on white or over light colored Plastisol inks. The life of gloss cycle is near infinity. Also available is GLOW IN THE DARK POWDER it can be added to a variety of Bases including Puff Base to create Phosphorescent Puff effects. Recommended Mesh: 60-140 t/in.
