The Photo-chromatic inks offered by Florida Flex are invisible until
they come into contact with UV light, like sunlight. When Photo-chromatic
ink is exposed to UV light, it blooms into color. With Photo-chromatic,
you don't need a special technique to hide an image, the image is
colorless until you take it into the sun or expose it to a UV lamp.
The plastisol-based Photo-chromatic screen ink is a popular choice
for printing t-shirts.
This design displays some of the 10 colors available for textile
screen printing.

Foil
Adhesive 10145IB
Transfer Foil give designs a unique look which ink sometimes fails
to provide. Screen print foil adhesive on to your garment, flash
dry and heat press your foil on. Foil is available in a variety
of colors and is sold in 12”x200’ft and 24”x400’ft
rolls.
This additive can be added to your plastisol ink to create a
base color same to the foil appliqué this helps to prevent
areas of discoloration within the foil design.
If you are incorporating a foil pattern to a screen-printed design,
it will be necessary to use water base inks for the rest of the
design.
If you are incorporating foil in your design for the first time
we recommend you contact our technical dept. for additional assistance.
