Drying or curing the ink on printed garments is the critical final step. Too little time and heat result in an under cured design that washes out while too much time and heat may result in scorched garments. A dryer capable of handling larger orders can be the key to growing your business and a dryer that is too small will result in a production bottleneck, keeping you from producing efficiently and on schedule. Flash Curing Units are an important part of the Print-Flash-Print Technique used to produce bright, opaque and multi-colored images on dark colored garments. Without a flash cure unit, the color of the garment may show through the ink, leaving the image muted or dull. This Print-Flash-Print Technique is also used when printing non-porous textiles such as printing nylon jackets.

Fast Exposure & Automatic Vacuum: When the start button is activated, the vacuum system comes on automatically and when a correct vacuum pressure is reached, the exposure lamp comes on automatically. When the exposure is completed, the lamp and vacuum pump are switched "off" automatically.

Sharp Screens: The SOLARBEAM sealed beam bulb incorporates a prismatic lens which focuses the total UV output of the lamp. The results are very, very sharp lines and solid half tone dots.

The ACCU-STRETCH requires no assembly or mounting, enabling fast set-up and total frame size adjustability. Separate regulators and gauges allow unlimited tension adjustment in both the warp and weft directions. They also maintain repeated uniform tension on every screen that is so crucial in multicolor, fine detail and tight registration printing. Due to the versatile and safe design, no physical strength or training is needed. Whether manual or automatic printing, all frame materials (wood, aluminum or steel) will be perfectly stretched to elevated tension levels, thereby, reducing wipe downs and resulting in the finest quality prints.
