FX-88 is an abrasion resistant, general purpose
emulsion for use with solvent-based inks, such as Enamel, Acrylic,
Vinyl and U.V. FX-88 Produces stencils with good resolution and
definition using low intensity light sources. Also, available is
FX-88SR with separate color dye for easier see-through registration,
is ideal for weaker light sources and aggressive inks. This Emulsion
is especially recommended for use in Plastisol printing operations
when aggressive solvents are used during wash-up.
569 offers complete solvent resistance. Provides
stencils with superb resolution, excellent edge definition and high
solids content. Great for working with fine line details and halftones.
569CL emulsion is available CLEAR for easier see-through registration
(Supplied with a purple color dye) 569FAST requires half the exposure
time of 569 & 569CL and can be used with low-intensity light
sources.
QX-1 is a blue-green, ready-to-use, fast-exposing SBQ-dual-cure direct emulsion formulated for industrial and fine halftone graphics printing with conventional UV, Plastisol inks, and aggressive, solvent-based inks. Its matte finish virtually eliminates the printing problems usually associated with high and low humidity conditions. QX-1 is durable, and has good resolution and definition, and very good wet strength. It is very easy to reclaim, even if underexposed. Solids content: 37%.
LX-630 Multi-purpose emulsion that provides excellent
durability and is resistant to most ink systems, such as Solvent
based and Plastisol inks.
LX-660 is a water resistant Dual-cure emulsion
that provides superior wet strength and water resistance for printing
with Water-based and Solvent-based inks.
LX-680 Dual-cure emulsion that provides higher
resolution, higher solids content and excellent resistance to solvent
based and U.V. inks.
LX-690 High resolution, fast drying emulsion with
extraordinary coating and imaging properties. This emulsion is recommended
for Process color printing and images of fine detail, resistant
to Solvent based and conventional UV inks.
TZ Emulsions are formulated for use with Water-based
and Plastisol inks. TZ produces stencils with good resolution and
edge definition, water resistant but easy to reclaim. TZ/CL emulsion
is available CLEAR and supplied with a Blue color dye.
925WR/CL
this emulsion provides better resolution, edge definition and exposure
latitude. 925WR/CL produces stencils that are completely water resistant
and very durable, excellent for printing with Plastisol and Water-based
inks. 925WR/CL is available CLEAR and supplied with a Violet color
dye.
TLX is a multi-purpose high speed emulsion with
higher solids content. TLX has superb coating properties and durability,
and is resistant to a wide variety of solvent & water-based
inks.
QT-Discharge is specially formulated to resist discharge inks and is compatible with water-based and plastisol inks too. It requires fewer coats than 925WR or 995WR, dries more quickly, and exposes twice as fast. QT-DISCHARGE has a high (41%) solids content, providing good stencil build per coat, excellent mesh bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. It utilizes a powder diazo (rather than 925WR's syrup), and requires no UPS shipping up-charge. Solids content: 41%
Features-At-a-Glance:
- Compatible with virtually all water-based inks and plastisols textile inks
- Powder diazo powder, not syrup has no hazardous shipping restrictions
- Formulated for use with discharge inks
- Durability can be extended with Hardener D
- Fast exposing means more stencil throughput in high volume shops
- Can be used with weak light sources
- High (41%) solids content dries quickly; good build-up per coat
- Virtually odorless and VOC-free & biodegradable
- High contrast red color for easier touchups
Hardener D is a liquid stencil hardener formulated for use with QT-DISCHARGE direct emulsion to improve its durability and water resistance. Hardener D can be used with other textile emulsions but will make stencil removal more difficult and may embrittle the stencil.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- APPLY HARDENER D
Wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Make a stencil with QT-DISCHARGE direct emulsion. Dry the screen and stencil. Apply Hardener D to both sides of the screen with a soft-bristled brush, a sponge, or a work rag.
- ALLOW HARDENER D TO DRY Let Hardener D dry at room temperature, without the use of a fan. Drying time will depend on the relative humidity, but may take up to one hour under high humidity conditions. Thorough drying allows time for the QT-DISCHARGE stencil to absorb the Hardener D and for Hardener D to evaporate from the open areas of the stencil. Any remaining Hardener D residue in open areas of the screen will usually open up after several prints, or can be removed with solvents. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL DRYING TIME The water resistance of QT-DISCHARGE will be improved by allowing the screen to dry for a full 24 hours at room temperature.
OPTIONAL HEAT CURING:
Drying Hardener D in heat will increase its water resistance. The higher the heat and the longer the dwell time, the greater will be the water resistance of the stencil. Suggested settings/dwell times: 100º F. (40º C.) for 3 hours; 140º F. (60º C.) for 1 hour.
QTX Emulsion is a ready to use, ultra-fast exposing
SBQ Photopolymer direct emulsion designed for use with Plastisol
inks. QTX is extremely durable and reclaims easily. QTX high solids
content provides superior coating properties, better bridging to
coarse fabric and fast drying.
Textil-PV
SAATI‘s red pure photopolymer emulsion designed for general
garment printing applications, exposes approximately 8x times faster
than Diazo or Dual Cure Emulsions. Resistant to Plastisol inks,
abrasion and high humidity. This emulsion is water resistant when
post-exposed.
Universal Photopol is a red pure photopolymer
emulsion, excellent for printing with Plastisol and solvent based
inks. Fast drying and fast exposing our most economical pre-mixed
emulsion.
Emulsions are available in 28oz Quarts, 1 Gallon,
5 Gallons and 50 Gallon drums
QT-Xpress is a ready-to-use, ultra-fast exposing SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for imprinted sportswear applications. QT Xpress's high solids content provides superior coating properties, better bridging of coarse fabric, and fast drying. QT Xpress is excellent for use with plastisol inks because it's extremely durable, and reclaims easily. Do not subject to strong solvents during printing or wash-up. (5x faster than diazo, 2x as fast as dual-cures). Solids content: 41%.
