Product Details

Union Ink Sport Victory Low Bleed Barrier Grey is a Flexible cure, Dye-Blocking underbase with a creamy body designed for 100% Polyester T-Shirts offers great Bleed Resistance on all 100% Polyester and Poly-blend fabrics.

UPLC1555 LB Sport Victory Barrier Grey is a flexible cure base that achieves ink film fusion as low as 250°F (121°C) when printing on polyester garments. UPLC1555 offers great print performance, even on garments that are prone to heat shrinkage and produced with unstable dyes. Try UPLC1555 when printing over dye-sublimated polyester with "camo" or "digi-hex" designs. UPLC whites and color inks can be printed on top of this base as an over-print

Union Ink™ LB Barrier Grey bleed blockers give printers the flexibility to enhance their screen-printing performance and wow the customer. With a variety of inks to choose from, Union Ink makes it easy for printers to protect against dye bleed, soften color intensity, and even reduce energy use. Union ink bleed blockers and extenders are optimized to work with Union Ink's portfolio of plastisol ink products and are available to print on cotton, polyester, nylon, and other substrates.

Mix: 10%
  • Squeegee & Angle: 70duro Medium at a 45 degree angle with Sharp Blade
  • Flashing: 210ºF for 5 seconds, just enough for the surface to be tack free.
  • Fusion/Curing: 260F to 295F for 1 to 1 ½ minutes. Oven temperature can be increased and dwell time decreased.
  • Wash-up: Press Wash (On-Press cleaner)

Special Notes to user: PVC inks are thermoplastic compounds that require heat to fuse or cure. If ink rubs off on a white cloth or cracks, temperature and/or dwell time should be increased. Do not dry clean and always test on fabric to be printed.

High Opaque Low Bleed inks are designed for printing on Polyester fabrics such as Jerseys, Athletic uniforms and Poly blend fabrics that are likely to experience dye-migration.

Curing tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration.

Our Plastisol inks are Non-Phthalate Certified and in compliance with C.P.S.A., Tittle 16, Part 1303 and Federal Hazardous Substance Act Part 16 of Lead Content and certain phthalate plasticizers.
