  • Squeegee & Angle: 60-70duro Soft/Medium at a 45 degree angle with Sharp Blade
  • Flashing: 210ºF for 5 seconds, just enough for the surface to be tack free.
  • Fusion/Curing: 260F to 295F for 1 to 1 ½ minutes. Oven temperature can be increased and dwell time decreased.
  • Wash-up: Press Wash (On-Press cleaner)

Special Notes to user: PVC inks are thermoplastic compounds that require heat to fuse or cure. If ink rubs off on a white cloth or cracks, temperature and/or dwell time should be increased. Do not dry clean and always test on fabric to be printed.

High Opaque Low Bleed inks are designed for printing on Polyester fabrics such as Jerseys, Athletic uniforms and Poly blend fabrics that are likely to experience dye-migration.

Curing tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration.

Our Plastisol inks are Non-Phthalate Certified and in compliance with C.P.S.A., Tittle 16, Part 1303 and Federal Hazardous Substance Act Part 16 of Lead Content and certain phthalate plasticizers.
