SaatiChem Fixer 9 Emulsion Hardener

Fixer 9 is a Stencil Hardener by SAATI - it's designed to increase stencil resistance to Waterbase & Solvent screen-printing inks. Allows for more impressions per screen.

Specifications:

• Makes a permanent, solvent-resistant and waterproof stencil
• Works as an emulsion hardener with water-resistant emulsions such as Textil DW and Grafic HU to make a more durable stencil.
• Compatible with Photopolymer emulsions, such as: Textil PV & Textil PH BLUE

Fixer 9 Application:

-Apply SAATI Fixer 9 by spray mist evenly to both sides of the dry stencil
-Use a Sponge or Cloth to spread evenly across the emulsion areas.
-Remove Fixer 9 excess to avoid drips with vacuum or dry rag.
-Allow Fixer 9 to dry and absorbed by emulsion.
-Cure overnight at room temperature or (1 to 2) hours at 180-190F in a Screen Drying Cabinet.
