Emulsion Scoop Coaters

Metal ionized emulsion coaters, designed for applying emulsion evenly and consistently on you screens. These coaters are designed with a Thinner side for a lighter coat of emulsion and a Thicker side to create thicker stencils. Use the Thinner side when working with higher mesh counts such as: 180ct up to 305ct and the Thicker side is recommended for lower mesh counts such as: 40ct up to 160ct mesh counts.
