Monprint Mesh
Excellent consistent printing results are guaranteed by using only the finest quality of low-elongation polyester threads and by German high-tech precision weaving. Fabrics are manufactured to rigorous quality standards. Our manufacturing plants are ISO certified since 1993.
Monoprint fabrics are available in standard plain weave. Certain products are produced in a twill weave for increased ink deposit. Mesh counts range from from 17 to 460 using various thread diameters. Precision weaving of dimensionally stable threads produces fabrics with predictable and close tolerance thread counts and mesh openings for consistent registration and sharp resolution. Fabrics are manufactured from white or extrusion dyed golden yellow threads.

Aluminum & Wood Frames
Quality Wood & Aluminum Frames
Our Wood Frames are hand made out of grade # 1 poplar hardwood.
They feature an offset two finger mortise & tenon joint for superior strength and durability. (See Picture Below) By making the strongest wood frame on the market, we're also able to stretch some of the highest mesh tensions available for wood frames.
Frames are finished with one coat of sanding sealer, which is then hand sanded. And the finishing is completed with a coat of clear varnish, for solvent and water resistance.
Our Aluminum Frames are constructed with 6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness.
Standard Frame profile is: 1-1/2” X 1-1/2”

Please remove all residue of inks prior to turning your screen for re-stretching. Refer to the price list below for details.

Our Screen Rack is perfect for shops of any size. This unit holds 20 screen frames, has rubber wheel casters and will hold both 20 X 24 as well as 23 X 31 screen frames including large diameter roller frames without having to angle them. The non adjustable rack will ship UPS. This unit does ship broken down and minimal assembly is required.
Our newest product is our versatile Rolling Ink Cart. This heavy duty, portable work station holds 10 - 20 x 24 and/or 23 x 31 screens. The table top will hold up to 5 gallons of ink. Making this cart a must have for all screen printing shops big or small.
Screens & Supply Rolling Rack
Screen Coating Holder is a unique device that mounts on the printers table, and allows them to coat screens consistently and at the same angle, every time. The screen angle is pre determined, so the screen printer just places the screen to be coated into the slot, lets it relax against the rolled surface of the coating holder and places their hand on the top of the screen and coats. This screen holder eliminates any movement of the screen on the table. You just coat one side, flip the screen and coat the other side.

Easy to use hinge clamps, constructed from cast aluminum, hold all wood or metal screens from 5/8" to 2" ( 1.5 to 5 cm ) thick. Locking action firmly holds screens in place for positive registration. Allows fast changeover between jobs.
