Rapid Wave - Flash Cure unit
_This flash cure works with both automatic
and manual (with optional stand, sensor/foot pedal & timer)screen
printing presses and is operated by the main control panel or activated
by an optional foot switch or sensor. Whether you have an entry level machine or full featured machine, you'll want to have a high quality Flash Cure. It also conserves energy by reverting to standby when the press is idle.
The Rapid Wave Quartz Flash is available in a variety of sizes: 16" x 16" (Horizon line only), 16" x 20", 16" x 24", 20" x 20", 20" x 24", 20" x 28" and 24" x 30". With the optional stand, the Rapid Wave Flash cure becomes the ideal unit for manual press flashing. The powder coated curing module is mounted on top of a height-adjustable floor stand, which is coated in chip-resistant black oxide to allow you to use the best type of flash without needing to upgrade to an automatic. _The Rapid Wave Pilot Flash cure features the same ultra-fast Halogen medium wave quartz lamps as our standard Rapid Wave Flash Cure units, and is designed to securely clamp onto the print carriage to utilize the print/flood stroke to move the flash cure
unit within the print head. With the compact in-head mounting system,
the Rapid Wave Pilot is the perfect large format flash for shop
locations where power may be problem for the Rapid Wave OS flash cure
units. The Rapid Wave Pilot is available in four different sizes: 20", 24", 30" and 40" wide.
_The Rapid Wave Flash cure features ultra-fast Halogen medium wave quartz
lamps with variable lamp intensity control. Quartz Flashes use
state-of-the-art quartz tubes for rapid flash curing and is the next
step from using an infrared flash cure unit.
Quartz flashes don't have the long heat up time that infrared flash
cures have. When doing high volume production, you will want to go to a
Rapid Wave Flash Cure
and take your shop to the next level. Upgrade your flash from infrared
to Rapid Wave to benefit from this better flash cure technology.
