The Rapid WAVE Quartz Flashes
The Rapid Wave Flash cure features ultra-fast Halogen medium wave quartz lamps with variable lamp intensity control. Quartz Flashes uses state-of-the-art quartz tubes for rapid flash curing and is the next step from using an infrared flash cure. Quartz flashes don't have the long heat up time that infrared flashes have. When doing high volume production, you will want to go to a Rapid Wave Flash Cure and take your shop to the next level. Upgrade your flash from infrared to Rapid Wave to benefit from this better flash cure technology.
Improve Your Flash Curing
This flash cure works with both automatic and manual (with optional stand, sensor/foot pedal & timer) presses and is operated by the main control panel or activated by an optional foot switch or sensor. Whether you have an entry level machine or full featured machine, you'll want to have a high quality flash cure. It also conserves energy by reverting to standby when the press is idle.
